In each class we warm up, go into a detailed study of a section of the form, and then move through the 30 minute practice together.
Time: Tuesday mornings from 10-11.
Cost: Receive the first class or 2 for free to try it out, and then contribute as you feel after that. Suggested Donation of $10 per class or $25 monthly subscription. None turned away, pay what feels right for you!
